  3. 1 Cup Sparkling Water
  4. 2/3 Cup Simple Syrup
  5. 1/4 Cup Creme de Cassis Liqueur
  6. 3 Tbl. Light Corn Syrup
  7. 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  8. 3/4 Cup Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  9.  
  10. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. Mix in Champagne. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Transfer mixture to ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer`s instructions. Freeze in covered container. (Can be prepared 3 days ahead) Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
